About our Internship Program

UCI offers internship opportunities for Freshman through Seniors. Our program is designed to give you an inside look at what the day to day will look like on one of our sites. You will learn how we partner with our subcontractors and employees to deliver a safe, quality project on time, and within budget. Our internship program entails:

  • 10- week structured program with mentorship
  • Safety Training and Certification
  • Hands-on Field and Office Experience
  • Lean Production Training

Internship Requirements

  • Minimum of 18yrs old
  • Pursuing a degree in Construction
    or a Related field
  • 10-week commitment
  • Flexibility in job responsibilities
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable transportation
